What do you really want to accomplish?
Have you ever found yourself reaching your career goals and yet you feel empty and know something is missing?
Well, back in 2015, that was me.
Ever since leaving college, I’d worked flat out to tick all the boxes. Move from Mexico City to NYC, get an MBA, land the perfect job at a prestigious finance company. And yet I still felt unsatisfied.

In 2019… I started working with Leaders’ Quest – a values-driven experiential leadership company, based in NYC. At LQ, my Fortune 500 clients range from the CEO of one of the world’s largest insurance companies, to Big Tech directors and Big Three management consultant partners.
Yet I still found myself seeking to turn my personal experiences into greater impact.
So I founded...
