Our process
At Purposely, we design customized coaching journeys (4-12 months) for each client.
We start by clarifying objectives (career, life or business) and the purpose behind them. Together, we identify blind spots, automatic behaviors and limiting beliefs, and remove the barriers that prevent progress. We co-create a clear, structured roadmap – plus accountabilities – to develop a capacity to deal with the unknown, feel comfortable with things as they happen, and achieve goals that previously felt unattainable. Throughout this process, our clients develop self-awareness and emotional intelligence to unlock their full potential.
